SHELLEY UGYAN is CBT therapist, an author, and Registered Clinical Counsellor. She is passionate about using the cognitive behavioural approach in working with people with eating disorders and problematic eating issues, including emotional eating, orthorexia, compulsive eating, restriction, binge eating, bulimia, and overeating. Shelley has worked with eating disorder populations for over 15 years and powerfully walks her talk. She works with clients in person in Vancouver BC and online all over BC. She is now speaking throughout North America, teaching others how to think better and lead healthy, peaceful lives, as well as teaching other professionals how to lead programs like Food Freedom and integrate tools such as clinical hypnosis into their practice.
